Treasure box raffle

10th Dec 2018

Another initiative driven by Pathways Enterprises this year was the raffle of the multi-purpose treasure box designed, made and donated by the every generous Arthur Carlyle.

The proceeds of the raffle go for Pathways Enterprises’ skills development projects.

The raffle drew much interest and an amount over R4000 was collected. The collection drew wide support from family, friends, work colleagues and general public members.

The draw date of Friday 30th November was extended due to continued interest shown in the prize. The draw took place on Wednesday 5th December and was won by Antony Carr, father of student Taylia.

Congratulations on your win, the box will be a useful addition in your home to hold toys or other items.

The success of the raffle is attributed to the generosity of all entrants.

Thanks go out to Arthur for the donation, all parents and friends that sold tickets and all ticket holders waiting expectantly for their number to be drawn.

Our Mission

  • to enable children with barriers to social interaction and learning, and their families, to achieve a greater quality of life.
  • Our core ethos is also to support the families of the disabled children, to enable them to live a more normal life at home, and to give them a sense of hope.

Our Sponsors

We have an extensive list of companies and individuals who support Pathways both with monetary contributions as well as in kind. We have put together a list of these companies so that you in turn can support them.

Donations

We are a non-profit organization which relies solely on the humanity and generosity of individuals and organizations.  There is no government funding for the education of a severely disabled child, who therefore often falls through the ‘cracks’ of society. Fundraising projects are therefore an ongoing necessity.
